These terms of use have been put into place to protect our members. Please respect your fellow members and review and abide by these terms. Violation of these terms is grounds for dismissal without notice or refund of pre-paid membership fees or fees paid for a la carte content.
What you CAN do with All Private Label Content PLR content:
1 – You can add the articles or content to an ebook or product that you plan to sell or give away for individual use.
2 – You can modify the content (by removing, adding or otherwise editing wording) to suit your needs.
3 – You can use the content in your websites, blogs, newsletters or anywhere you publish content.
4 – You can distribute the content as a viral report.
5 – You can bundle the content into a free ebook, product or bonus for your customers.
6 – You can add your affiliate links, product links, Adsense and other ad code.
7 – You can sell the special reports “as is” or edit to your liking and then sell.
8 - You can give the articles to your affiliates to publish with the express purpose of promoting your product. Although, you may alter the articles before you give them to your affiliates, they are not permitted to further alter the articles or give publishing rights to anyone else.
And with all the things that you can do with the content, we have to outline…
What you CANNOT do with All Private Label Content PLR content:
1 – You may not claim authorship to any of the provided content. Although you can use the content in ebooks, reports, and your website you cannot directly take credit for writing the actual content such as in an author’s bio or using the text “Written By: Author Name”. You may however use language, such as “Presented by: Website/Owner” or “Brought to you by: Website Owner”
Why? This would create a serious problem is you are claiming authorship and someone else is using the same article on their website. We want to protect all our members’ integrity as business owners.
2 – You cannot submit any of the content provided by All Private Content to reprint article directories or other websites which accept reprint content even if you have edited or reworded the content.
Why? Because many article directories won’t take PLR articles. If everyone started submitting similarly written articles to these directories it wouldn’t be fair for the directory owners, their users or our members. Be fair to everyone involved and don’t do it, even if you feel you’ve edited or reworded the article.
3 – You cannot sell the original resell rights or give away the content and/or rights for other webmasters, business owners or individuals to use. The only exception is noted in #8 above.
For Example: You cannot redistribute these as PLR content.
Why? Again to protect our members, if members started selling or giving away the resell rights the mom market would soon become overcrowded. In this case, no one would win.
No Warrantees:
We are unable to provide any warrantee on the accuracy of the PLR content provided. Nor does any of the content provide any type of professional advice. Although we strive to make content as accurate as possible, topics are subject to open, change over time and it is each member’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of the information.
